Broadsheets and form-teacher oversight

Updated 3 July 2026

The broadsheet is a single table that shows every student's score in every subject for a term. Form teachers use it to review the full picture before publication; admins use it to spot and correct gaps across the whole class.

Opening the broadsheet

Go to My Classes, click your class, and open the Broadsheet tab. Use the term picker to switch between terms.

If you are an admin, you can reach the same broadsheet from Results — click a class and select the term.

What you see

Each row is a student. Each column group is a subject, showing the component scores, the subject total, and the grade. The far right columns show the student's overall total across all subjects and their position.

Editing in the broadsheet

Click a cell to open a small popover where you can enter or correct a score. The cell saves when you confirm.

Who can edit which cells depends on your role:

Role What you can edit
Admin Any cell, even after the term is published
Form teacher Any cell in any subject, before publication
Subject teacher Only cells in subjects you teach, before publication

After an admin publishes the term, the broadsheet becomes read-only for teachers. Cells belonging to published terms show a lock icon.

Checking for gaps

A cell left blank means no score was recorded. The broadsheet highlights blank cells so you can identify which students are missing scores before publishing. Use this view as a final check — go to the individual subject score sheets to fill in any gaps, or contact the relevant subject teacher.
