Managing your form class

Updated 20 July 2026

Open My classes and click your class to access its hub. Five tabs organise everything you can do as form teacher.

Roster

The Roster tab lists every active student enrolled in the class, with their name, student ID, sex, and a summary of their current-term progress pulled from the active term's scores.

The progress columns show:

  • Subjects — how many subjects the student is enrolled in.
  • Progress — how many subjects have scores entered so far this term.
  • Performance — the student's current overall percentage and grade letter.

You can also Message guardian from the action column on each row to send a message to the student's parent(s) via the inbox.

Curriculum

The Curriculum tab shows the subjects assigned to your class, who teaches each one, and how many students are enrolled per subject. This is read-only for form teachers; only admins can add or remove subjects or reassign teachers.

Broadsheet

The Broadsheet tab shows a full score grid for the class — one row per student, one column per score component across all subjects. Use the term picker (top right) to switch between terms.

Cells you may edit are:

  • Scores for subjects where you are also the subject teacher.

The Fill report cards button (top right of the broadsheet) opens the report card page where you write your form teacher comment and rate students on psychomotor and affective traits.

Attendance

The Attendance tab shows the daily register for today's date. Use the date picker to navigate to a previous school day.

Mark each student as Present, Absent, Late, or Excused. Changes save immediately.

Fees

The Fees tab is only visible when the school admin has enabled fee visibility for form teachers.

It shows the fee status of each student in your class for the current term — how much has been billed, how much paid, and the outstanding balance. You cannot record or void payments here; that is done by the accounts team.
