Filling report cards as form teacher

Updated 20 July 2026

From your class's Broadsheet tab, click Fill report cards to open the report cards page. Every student in the class appears on a single scrollable page. A table of contents on the left lets you jump to any student quickly.

What you fill in

For each student you complete two things:

1. Form teacher comment

A short written comment on the student's overall performance and conduct for the term. Click the comment field on a student's card and type your assessment.

2. Psychomotor and affective traits

These are skill and character ratings defined by your admin (for example: Punctuality, Neatness, Sports). Each trait has a rating selector — choose the appropriate rating for the student.

Status indicators

The table of contents shows a status badge for each student:

Status Meaning
Complete Comment filled in, all traits rated
Partial Some done, some still missing
Empty Nothing filled in yet

Selecting the right term

Use the Term picker in the top-right to switch to a different term if you need to fill cards for a previous period. You can only fill cards for terms that have not been published (locked). A Published badge at the top means the results are locked and the cards are read-only.

Printing

Once cards are filled (and the admin publishes results), use Print all to print the entire class's report cards in one go. Individual cards can also be printed from the student's own result view.
