Subject hub and CBT practice

Updated 20 July 2026

Click any subject card on My subjects to open that subject's hub — your central place for lesson notes, tests, and self-practice.

Subject hub overview

At the top of the hub you see a header card in the subject's colour showing:

  • The subject name and short code.
  • Your class name.
  • Your subject teacher's name.
  • Your current score — your live percentage and grade letter for this term, if scores have been entered.

Tests & practice

Assigned tests

Tests set by your teacher appear as a list. Each test shows its name and whether it is still open, closed, or not yet started. Click a test to begin it (if it is open).

Practice on your own

Even without an assigned test, you can practise at any time. Click Practice on your own to start a self-paced quiz drawn from your teacher's question bank for this subject.

Practice mode is not graded — answers are revealed as you go. It is purely for revision.

Lesson resources

Below the Tests & practice section, lesson notes published by your teacher appear organised by term (First term, Second term, Third term) and week.

Click any topic to open it and read:

  • Learning objectives — what you should be able to do after the lesson.
  • Notes — the main lesson content.
  • Assignment — any homework set for this topic.

Things to know

  • Practice sessions do not count towards your term score.
  • Your teacher must publish a topic before it appears here.
  • CBT practice is only available on schools with the Pro plan.
