Debtors, reports, and fee settings

Updated 3 July 2026

Debtors

Go to Accounting → Fees → Debtors to see every student who has an outstanding balance.

The debtors list shows the student's name, class, and outstanding amount for the selected term. Click a student to open their bill sheet and record a payment.

Payments history

Go to Accounting → Fees → Payments to see a log of every payment recorded across all students for a period. You can filter by date range or search by student name or payment reference.

Reports

Go to Accounting → Fees → Reports to export fee data to CSV. Use the filters to scope the export to a specific term or class before downloading.

Fee settings

Go to Accounting → Fees → Settings to control what form teachers can see.

Under Form teacher visibility, choose one of three options:

Option What form teachers see
Hide from teachers No fee information for their class
Paid / unpaid only Which items each student has paid for, but not the amounts
Show full amounts Everything — items, amounts, payments, and outstanding balances

Choose Paid / unpaid only if you want teachers to help with follow-up without exposing the actual money figures. Choose Show full amounts if teachers handle fee collection directly.

Click Save to apply the change.
