Attendance reports

Updated 3 July 2026

Attendance reports aggregate register data across a date range so you can spot patterns — chronically absent students, classes with low rates, staff punctuality trends.

Go to Attendance → Reports.

Choosing a report

Four report types are available. Switch between them using the tab bar at the top of the reports page:

Report What it shows
By student Each student's days present, absent, late, excused, and their attendance rate for the period
By class Aggregated totals and rate per class
By staff Each staff member's days present, absent, late, excused for the period
Daily trend A day-by-day chart of school-wide attendance rate across the selected range

Filtering the report

Use the controls at the top to narrow the data:

  • From / To — set the date range. Defaults to the current term's start and today.
  • Class — appears only on the By student report. Filter to a single class, or leave blank for all classes.

The report reloads automatically when you change a filter.

Exporting to CSV

Click Export CSV to download the current report as a spreadsheet. The CSV contains the same rows and columns shown on screen, making it easy to manipulate in Excel or Google Sheets.
