When you sign in as a parent, you land on your child's dashboard. If you have two or more children at the same school, an All children link at the top lets you switch between them.
Left column — academic overview
Identity card
Shows your child's full name, class, age, and student ID. A birthday badge appears around the time of their birthday.
Latest result
Shows the most recent published term result with the grade letter and overall percentage. Click it to view the full report card. If results have not been published yet, or if the result has been withheld (usually due to outstanding fees), a notice explains why.
Recent results
The last three published terms listed as links. Click any to open that term's full report card. A Withheld tag appears beside any result the school has temporarily locked.
Form teacher
Your child's form teacher's name, phone number, and email address (where the school has shared them). Use the Message button to send a message directly to the form teacher through the platform inbox.
Subjects
A summary of how many subjects your child is enrolled in this term. Click it to see the full list with lesson notes and assignments.
Right column — daily snapshot
Attendance
A ring chart showing your child's attendance rate for the current term, with a breakdown of present, absent, and late days. Recent days appear as colour-coded squares. Absences are listed individually below.
Fees
Shows the outstanding balance in amber if there is anything unpaid, or All settled in green. Click the tile to view the full breakdown of bills and payments.
