Tracking fee bills and payments

Updated 20 July 2026

From your child's dashboard, click the Fees tile to open the full fee breakdown. This page is read-only — payments are recorded by the school's accounts team.

Summary strip

Three figures appear at the top:

Figure What it means
Billed Total amount the school has charged your child across all terms
Paid Total confirmed payments recorded
Outstanding What remains unpaid (billed minus paid, including any legacy balance)

Bills by term

Each term appears as an expandable card. The currently active term is open by default.

Inside each term card:

  • Items — the individual fee items billed (for example, School fees, Development levy). Any fee items the school chose not to bill to your child are noted separately.
  • Payments — each payment the school has recorded, with the amount, reference number, payment method, and date. Click a payment row to open the receipt in a new tab.
  • Waivers — any discounts or partial write-offs the school applied, with the reason.

A Settled badge appears on a term once the outstanding balance for that term reaches zero.

Legacy balance

Some schools migrate historical fee records from before they joined Schola. If your child has an older balance that predates the school's records on the platform, it appears as a Legacy balance section below the term bills.

Questions about a payment?

Contact the school office directly. Receipts for any recorded payment can be opened from the payment row.
